This article analyzes the legal aspects of personal data protection in the context of the rapid development of digital technologies. It examines the legal issues arising in the processes of collecting, storing, and processing personal data, as well as the mechanisms for addressing them. The study also highlights the role of national and international legal norms in ensuring personal data protection and puts forward proposals for improving legislation in this field.
