Abstract

Physical education is one of the most important components of the educational process. In recent decades, educators and researchers have increasingly emphasized the importance of maintaining students’ physical and mental well-being alongside their academic development. The rapid growth of technology, increased screen time, and sedentary lifestyles have reduced the level of physical activity among young people. As a result, educational institutions are facing new challenges related to students’ health, motivation, and academic performance. In this context, physical education serves as an effective tool for promoting healthy lifestyles and supporting students’ overall development.
