Abstract

In this thesis, the author analyzes the theoretical foundations of time management, its essence and significance in modern society. The study examines the fundamental principles of time management, methods for the effective allocation of time resources, and theoretical approaches to rational time management in personal and professional activities. Concepts aimed at time planning, setting priorities, and increasing labor productivity are also analyzed. As a result, the possibilities of increasing the effectiveness of activities through the use of effective time management methods are highlighted.
