Abstract

Virusga qarshi preparatlar bilan davolash zamonaviy tibbiyotda infeksion kasalliklarning oldini olish va ularni samarali davolashning muhim yo‘nalishlaridan biri hisoblanadi. Ushbu maqolada virusga qarshi dori vositalarining farmakologik xususiyatlari, ta’sir mexanizmlari va klinik qo‘llanilish sohalari tahlil qilinadi. Viruslarga qarshi preparatlar ikki asosiy guruhga bo‘linadi: retseptor blokatorlari va virusning replikatsiya jarayonini to‘xtatuvchi agentlar. Ularning samaradorligi virus turi, bemorning klinik holati, immun statusi va qo‘llash vaqtiga bog‘liq. Shuningdek, preparatlarning metabolizm va farmakokinetik xususiyatlari, yon ta’sirlari, dori-dori o‘zaro ta’sirlari va resistentlik shakllanishi kabi omillar ham klinik amaliyotda e’tiborga olinadi. Virusga qarshi terapiya individualizatsiyalangan bo‘lishi, davolash rejimi va dozalash bemorning yoshi, og‘irligi, boshqa surunkali kasalliklari hamda homiladorlik holati kabi parametrlar asosida tanlanadi.
