ON THE ISSUE OF THE SEMANTICS OF IMMORALITY IN KIM YUJEON'S PROSE

This article examines the representation of immorality in Kim Yujeon's prose. The study aims to identify the semantic mechanisms by which the author constructs characters who violate generally accepted moral and ethical norms. The linguistic means that shape perceptions of immoral behavior are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to aspects such as self-interest, deception, exploitation, moral degradation, and the transformation of traditional values. It is shown that immorality in Kim Yujeon's works serves not only as a characteristic of individual characters but also as a means of artistically interpreting the social contradictions of the era. It is concluded that the semantics of immorality are polysemantic, serving as an important tool for revealing the author's worldview and critiquing social relations.
