The article analyzes the role and significance of emotional intelligence in shaping the psychological health of higher education students. The structural components of emotional intelligence and their relationship with stress resistance, emotional well-being, social adaptation, and academic success are highlighted based on scientific and theoretical sources. Additionally, pedagogical and psychological mechanisms aimed at developing students' psychological health are described and systematized.
