IMPROVING STUDENTS’ SPIRITUAL AND MORAL DEVELOPMENT THROUGH SOCIOMETRIC RELATIONS: IN THE CONTEXT OF EASTERN EDUCATIONAL MODELS

Abstract

This article provides an in-depth analysis of the theoretical foundations of sociometric relations within student groups and their influence on students’ spiritual and moral development. The study develops mechanisms for fostering social cooperation, moral stability, and personal growth through the integration of sociometric approaches with Eastern educational models. The findings demonstrate a direct relationship between sociometric status and moral qualities, highlighting the importance of interpersonal relationships in the educational environment. The article argues that the integration of sociometric diagnostics with Eastern pedagogical values can significantly contribute to the formation of morally mature, socially active, and responsible individuals.
