Propaganda ve propagandacıların faaliyetlerinden, görevlerinden bahsetmenin yanı sıra, propagandacıların yıllık çalışma planlarının genel eğitim okullarının öğrencileri üzerinde moral etkisi olacağı, maneviyat ve aydınlanma açısından zengin çalışma planlarının amacının ne olduğu bilgisi. bileşimi hakkında bilgi verilmektedir.
