Вирусный гепатит С тесно связанна с преждевременным старением яичников и ухудшает фертильность (1,3). Течение ВГС у беременной может сопровождаться увеличением виремии и самопроизвольным снижением вирусой нагрузки после родов. Возможен спонтанный клиренс вируса после родов. У беременной с ХВСГ выше риска гестационного диабета и чрезмерной прибавки в весе и внутрипеченочного холестаза беременных.
