IRRIGATOR-MELIORATOR KADRLAR TAYYORLASHDA RIVOJLANGAN MAMLAKATLAR TAJRIBASI ASOSIDA YANGI YOʻNALISHLARNI JORIY ETILISHI

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada irrigator-meliorator kadrlar tayyorlash tizimini takomillashtirishda rivojlangan mamlakatlar tajribasini joriy etish masalalari koʻrib chiqiladi. Sugʻorish tizimlarini tashkil etish, suv resurslaridan oqilona foydalanish, amaliy laboratoriyalar bazasini kuchaytirish, masofaviy ta’limni rivojlantirish hamda xalqaro ilmiy hamkorlikni mustahkamlash orqali yuqori malakali kadrlar tayyorlash mexanizmlari ochib beriladi. Shuningdek, mahalliy sharoitdan kelib chiqib yangi yoʻnalishlarni tatbiq etish imkoniyatlari, muammolari va ularni hal etish choralari tahlil qilinadi.
