PROSPECTIVE STRATEGIES OF SPORTS PSYCHOLOGY IN UZBEKISTAN

Abstract

This article analyzes the development prospects of sports psychology in Uzbekistan, current problems and strategies for solving them. The author examines best practices, international methodologies and modern technologies aimed at improving the psychological preparation of athletes, and sheds light on the possibilities of adaptation to local conditions. The importance of sports psychology in the field of national sports, the development of its scientific and practical foundations and the methodological aspects of training psychologists have been widely considered. Also, the article contains recommendations on strengthening research activities in the field of sports psychology and putting them into practice.
