IMPROVING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF PROSECUTORIAL SUPERVISION IN THE PREVENTION OF OFFENSES DURING LAND ALLOCATION AND REGISTRATION OF LAND RIGHTS

This article provides a comprehensive analysis of systemic violations encountered in the processes of land allocation and state registration of land rights, as well as the causes and conditions behind them. The role and significance of prosecutorial supervision in ensuring legality in the field, the rational use of land resources, the early prevention of offenses, and the protection of the legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities are widely covered. Additionally, existing problems in law enforcement practice in this area were studied, and scientific and practical proposals and recommendations were developed aimed at increasing the effectiveness of prosecutorial supervision, introducing modern information and communication technologies into control activities, and filling gaps in land legislation.
