O‘QUV JARAYONIGA “NANO-FIZIKA LABORATORIYA ISHLARI”NI KIRITISH BO‘YICHA ILMIY TAHLIL

Bugungi kunda fizika fanini o‘qitishga yangicha yondashuvlar jadal ravishda shakllanib bormoqda. Xususan, nano-o‘lchamdagi hodisalarni o‘rganish, zamonaviy materiallar fizikasi, nanoelektronika va nanorobototexnika kabi yo‘nalishlar ilmiy izlanishlarning markaziga aylangan [3;4;9;13]. Dunyo bo‘ylab fizik ta’limni modernizatsiya qilish jarayonida nano-fizika bo‘yicha laboratoriya ishlari ta’lim dasturlariga bosqichma-bosqich kiritilmoqda. Bu jarayonning sabablaridan biri — nano-miqyosdagi hodisalar makroskopik dunyodan keskin farq qilishi, ularni tushuntirish va modellashtirish uchun yangi metodik yondashuvlarni talab etishidir [10;12].
