The rapid digital transformation of education has intensified the need for innovative instructional materials in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) courses. Traditional teaching manuals often fail to ensure sufficient student engagement, practical competency formation, and interactive learning experiences. This study investigates the pedagogical effectiveness of developing interactive educational manuals for ICT courses and evaluates their impact on student learning outcomes. The proposed manuals integrate multimedia elements, interactive tasks, self-assessment modules, and automated feedback mechanisms to support competency-based learning. A quasi-experimental research design was conducted involving control and experimental groups over one academic semester. The results demonstrate significant improvements in academic performance, practical skill acquisition, and learner engagement among students who used interactive manuals compared to those who relied on traditional materials. The findings confirm that interactive educational manuals contribute to enhanced instructional efficiency and support sustainable digital pedagogy in ICT education.
