MAHALLIY DORIVOR O’SIMLIKLAR ASOSIDA TABIIY ANTIBAKTERIAL FITOPREPARATLAR YARATISH VA ULARNING FARMAKOLOGIK SAMARADORLIGINI BAHOLASH

Ushbu maqolada O’zbekiston hududida keng tarqalgan dorivor o’simliklar asosida tabiiy antibakterial fitopreparatlar yaratish istiqbollari hamda ularning farmakologik samaradorligini baholash masalalari yoritilgan. Tadqiqot obyekti sifatida Allium sativum L. (sarimsoq), Nigella sativa L. (qora zira), Ocimum basilicum L. (rayhon) va Mentha piperita L. (yalpiz) tanlab olindi. O’simlik xomashyolaridan suvli va etanol ekstraktlari olinib, ularning antibakterial faolligi in vitro sharoitda disk-diffuziya usuli hamda minimal ingibitsiya konsentratsiyasi (MIC) ko’rsatkichlari asosida baholandi. Tadqiqotda test-mikroorganizmlar sifatida Escherichia coli va Staphylococcus aureus bakteriya shtammlaridan foydalanildi. Olingan natijalar dorivor o’simlik ekstraktlarining turli darajada antibakterial faollikka ega ekanligini ko’rsatdi. Sarimsoq va qora zira ekstraktlarida antibakterial ta’sir nisbatan yuqori bo’lib, bu ularning tarkibidagi biologik faol oltingugurtli birikmalar, allitsin, timoxinon va boshqa fenolik komponentlar bilan izohlanadi. Rayhon va yalpiz ekstraktlari ham bakteriyalar o’sishini susaytiruvchi ta’sir ko’rsatdi. O’simlik ekstraktlarini kombinatsiyalangan holda qo’llash ayrim hollarda alohida ekstraktlarga nisbatan yuqoriroq samaradorlik berishi kuzatildi. Tadqiqot natijalari mahalliy dorivor o’simliklardan tabiiy antibakterial vositalar va istiqbolli fitopreparatlar yaratishda foydalanish mumkinligini ko’rsatadi.
