Abstract

This article examines the role of corporate culture in ensuring the sustainable development of universities in the context of globalization, digital transformation, and increasing competition in higher education. The study analyzes the theoretical foundations of corporate culture and its influence on academic quality, organizational commitment, innovation, social responsibility, and institutional effectiveness. Particular attention is paid to the contribution of corporate culture to the formation of a value-oriented academic environment that supports continuous development and adaptation to contemporary challenges. The findings indicate that a strong corporate culture serves as a strategic resource for enhancing university competitiveness, strengthening stakeholder engagement, and achieving long-term sustainability. The study concludes that the development of corporate culture should be regarded as an essential component of sustainable university management and institutional development.
