Abstract

This article analyzes the main advantages of localization and corporate process management in economic zones. The article highlights the role of economic zones in attracting investment, developing industrial cooperation, forming production chains, increasing domestic added value, and reducing import dependence. It also scientifically substantiates the importance of corporate governance, infrastructure, logistics, and cooperation with local suppliers in strengthening production efficiency and innovation activity in economic zones.
