Mazkur tezisda ichki bozor barqarorligini ta’minlashda bojxona siyosatining institutsional o‘rni va uning iqtisodiy ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot doirasida bojxona siyosatining davlat iqtisodiy siyosati tizimidagi funksional vazifalari, ichki bozorni tashqi raqobat va import bosimidan himoya qilish mexanizmlari ilmiy asosda yoritiladi. Bojxona tariflari, notarif choralar hamda bojxona nazorati institutlari orqali milliy ishlab chiqaruvchilarni qo‘llab-quvvatlash va iqtisodiy muvozanatni saqlash imkoniyatlari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Shuningdek, globallashuv va raqamli iqtisodiyot sharoitida bojxona institutlarining modernizatsiyasi ichki bozor barqarorligini mustahkamlashning muhim omili sifatida baholanadi. Tadqiqot natijalari bojxona siyosatini takomillashtirish va ichki bozorni institutsional jihatdan himoya qilish bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqish uchun ilmiy asos bo‘lib xizmat qiladi.
