Abstract

Ushbu ilmiy maqola ish joyida psixologik xavfsizlikning xodim ruhiy holati va samaradorligiga ta’siri o‘rganilgan. 30 nafar xodim bilan o‘tkazilgan so‘rovnomalar asosida stress darajasi, motivatsiya ko‘rsatkichlari, rahbar qo‘llab-quvvatlashi va psixologik xavfsizlik indeksi tahlil qilindi. Natijalar psixologik xavfsizlik past bo‘lgan jamoalarda ish unumdorligi 20–30% ga pasayishini ko‘rsatdi.
