Abstract

This article examines the significance of foreign experiences related to a country’s migration dynamics. In particular, it highlights how the process of international labor migration develops through both intergovernmental cooperation and the personal initiatives of migrants. With the intensification of labor migration flows, Uzbekistan has also emerged as an active participant in international labor migration and the global labor market. The study is especially notable for its scientific analysis of the U.S. experience, exploring both its positive and negative impacts
