Abstract

This article emphasizes that effective classroom management is a vital part of teaching. A classroom that is well-managed creates an environment where students can learn and grow effectively. However, managing a classroom can be particularly challenging, especially for new teachers. Classroom management can be approached in different ways, and what works for one teacher may not work for another. Despite this, there are certain universal principles that can help all educators enhance their classroom management skills.
