Обращаясь к опыту развитых стран можно отметить, что, к примеру, Китай в последние годы пережил интенсивную урбанизацию, в результате которой миллионы людей переехали из сельских районов в города. Это привело к развитию новых городов и расширению существующих, а также к реализации различных инициатив, направленных на поощрение устойчивой урбанизации.
