Abstract

The scientific article deals with the problems of criminal liability for involving the minors in to illegal gambling industry. The differential approach is used depending on the role of the juvenile: as a crime participant or as a member of gambling. Based on a critical assessment of the available investigations on this problem different recommendations on improving criminal legal tools to combat the organization and conduct of gambling are worked out.
