PLEDGE- AS A METHOD OF USING THE PROPERTY OF OTHERS IN BUSINESS ACTIVITY

One of the methods of the subject of entrepreneurial activity to carry out his activity and freely dispose of his property by entering the property belonging to him into civil circulation is collateral relations. In this case, a number of rights and obligations are assigned to the parties of collateral relations, which have a special place in determining the legal regime of the property of the business entity. Based on this, in this thesis, the issue of collateral as a method of using other people's property in business activities is covered in detail.
