Abstract

Zamonaviy travmatologiya va ortopediyada yirik bo‘g‘imlar rekonstruktiv operatsiyalaridan keyingi davrda yo‘qotilgan harakat funksiyalarini tiklash hamda operatsiyadan keyingi kontrakturalarni bartaraf etish reabilitatsiyaning dolzarb muammolaridan biri bo‘lib qolmoqda. An’anaviy reabilitatsiya usullari ko‘pincha umumiy sxemalarga asoslangan bo‘lib, operatsiya qilingan sohadagi alohida mushak guruhlarining lokal, biomexanik o‘zgarishlari va gipotrofiyasini to‘liq hisobga olmaydi. Shu sababli, Manual Mushak Testi (MMT) tizimi asosida patologik jarayonga jalb qilingan har bir mushak guruhini differensial baholash, individual reabilitatsiya dasturlarini (IRD) loyihalash va ularning klinik samaradorligini tahlil qilish muhim ilmiy-amaliy ahamiyatga ega.
