Cardiovascular diseases remain one of the leading causes of morbidity, disability, and mortality worldwide. Rehabilitation in cardiovascular diseases is an important component of comprehensive treatment and secondary prevention. It is aimed at restoring physical capacity, improving psychological well-being, reducing risk factors, increasing medication adherence, and improving quality of life. Cardiac rehabilitation includes supervised physical exercise, lifestyle modification, dietary correction, psychological support, patient education, and continuous medical monitoring.
