Abstract

Mazkur maqolada English Speaking Nation: Secondary Teacher Training (ESN:STT) dasturining O‘zbekiston ta’lim tizimidagi o‘rni, maqsad va vazifalari, amalga oshirish mexanizmlari hamda erishilgan natijalari tahlil qilinadi. Uch bosqichli kaskad modeli asosida tashkil etilgan ushbu dastur ingliz tili o‘qituvchilarining til kompetensiyalari, pedagogik mahorati va kasbiy hamkorligini rivojlantirishga xizmat qildi. Tadqiqot natijalari ESN:STT dasturi barqaror Teacher-to-Teacher modeli orqali mamlakatda zamonaviy TESOL metodologiyasiga asoslangan milliy trenerlar tizimini shakllantirishga muhim hissa qo‘shganini ko‘rsatadi.
