Homiladorlik davrida yuzaga keladigan asoratlar ona va homila salomatligiga jiddiy xavf tug‘dirib, perinatal kasallanish va o‘lim ko‘rsatkichlarining oshishiga sabab bo‘ladi. Zamonaviy perinatal tibbiyotda ushbu asoratlarni erta bosqichda aniqlash va bashorat qilish muhim klinik vazifa hisoblanadi. So‘nggi yillarda biokimyoviy markerlarga asoslangan diagnostik yondashuvlar hamda sun’iy intellekt (SI) texnologiyalarining jadal rivojlanishi homiladorlik asoratlarini prognoz qilish imkoniyatlarini sezilarli darajada kengaytirdi. Ushbu ilmiy maqolada homiladorlik davrida uchraydigan asosiy asoratlar preeklampsiya, gestatsion diabet, homila o‘sishining cheklanishi, erta tug‘ruq va platsentar disfunktsiyani bashorat qilishda biokimyoviy markerlar va sun’iy intellekt algoritmlarining integratsiyalashgan qo‘llanilishi keng qamrovda tahlil qilinadi.
