Abstract

This article analyzes high-stress situations encountered in the professional activities of law enforcement officers and their psychological consequences. In particular, attention is paid to mechanisms for ensuring the mental stability of employees, preventing professional burnout syndrome, and increasing stress resistance. Emotional-intellectual preparation, psychoprophylaxis, relaxation and training programs are considered as the main areas of psychological support. Also, scientific and practical recommendations are developed to improve the professional efficiency of law enforcement officers and maintain their personal health through modern psychological approaches and methods.
