CREATING INDIVIDUALITY IN THE SPEECH OF THE CHARACTERS IN A WORK OF FICTION

This article analyzes the methods of forming the speech of characters in a work of art and giving them individuality. The language of the hero is an important tool that reveals his worldview, feelings and personal qualities. If all the characters speak in the same voice, in the same style, the work loses its naturalness and variety of characters. The article covers the issues of lexical selection, use of dialects and dialects, speech style, sentence construction, speech intonation, and giving the hero a spiritual and social identity by choosing language elements suitable for the character in creating an individual speech. These methods increase the realism of the work, the level of impact on the reader and serve to create a bright character of each character.
