DIRECTIONS FOR THE FORMATION OF STUDENTS' COLLABORATIVE SKILLS BASED ON A MULTI-VECTOR APPROACH IN THE EDUCATION SYSTEM

Abstract

This study explores the theoretical and methodological foundations for developing students' collaborative skills in higher education institutions from the perspective of a multi-vector pedagogical approach. The research scientifically substantiates that organizing the educational process in harmony with pedagogical, psychological, communicative, information-communication, motivational, and organizational factors is an important condition for enhancing the effectiveness of collaborative activity. The results of the research indicate that the systematic introduction of a multi-vector approach into higher education practice serves to improve educational quality, the level of professional training, and the competitiveness of graduates in the labor market. The scientific conclusions and practical recommendations developed can serve as a methodological basis for improving collaborative education in higher education institutions and for organizing a competency-oriented educational process.
