Abstract

This article examines the relationship between corporate culture and academic leadership in modern universities. The study analyzes the theoretical foundations of corporate culture and its influence on leadership practices, organizational effectiveness, innovation, and academic engagement. Particular attention is given to the role of shared values, institutional mission, collaboration, trust, and organizational commitment in shaping effective academic leadership. The findings indicate that corporate culture serves as a value-based framework that supports leadership development, facilitates organizational change, and enhances university performance. It is concluded that the integration of strong corporate culture and effective academic leadership contributes to educational quality, institutional sustainability, and long-term university development.
