Abstract

This article analyzes the role and importance of modern pedagogical approaches in teaching chemistry. Based on a comparative analysis of traditional teaching methods and modern methods, the effectiveness of new pedagogical technologies in increasing students' interest in science, developing independent thinking and practical skills is highlighted. The advantages of innovative organization of chemistry lessons through interactive methods, STEAM approach, digital platforms, problem-based learning and project work are shown. The article also provides recommendations for improving chemistry lessons in secondary school settings. The results of the study justify the possibility of increasing the effectiveness of teaching chemistry based on new approaches.
