Аннотация

Ushbu maqolada 10–12 yoshli suzuvchilarda, shu jumladan yengil funksional cheklovga ega bolalarda chidamkorlikni rivojlantirishda interval o‘quv-mashg‘ulot usulining samaradorligi tadqiq etildi. Tadqiqot jarayonida eksperimental va nazorat guruhlari shakllantirilib, 12 haftalik mashg‘ulot dasturi qo‘llanildi. Baholash mezonlari sifatida yurak urish chastotasi, nafas olish ko‘rsatkichlari, tiklanish vaqti hamda suzish masofasini bosib o‘tish tezligi o‘rganildi. Natijalar interval mashg‘ulot usuli yosh sportchilarda aerob imkoniyatlarni oshirish, funksional ko‘rsatkichlarni yaxshilash va umumiy chidamkorlikni rivojlantirishda yuqori samaradorlikka ega ekanligini ko‘rsatdi. Yengil funksional cheklovga ega bolalarda yuklamani individual dozalashtirish muhim ahamiyat kasb etishi aniqlandi.
