HUDUDLARDA JINOYATNI OLDINI OLISHDA IJTIMOIY PROFILAKTIKANING O‘ZIGA XOS JIHATLARI

Hududlarda jinoyatni oldini olishda ijtimoiy profilaktikaning o‘ziga xos jihatlari haqida gapirib o‘tsak, bu konsepsiya mahalliy jamoalarning faol ishtirokiga asoslangan chora-tadbirlar orqali jinoyatchilikning ijtimoiy sabablarini hal qilishni nazarda tutadi. Ijtimoiy profilaktika hududlarda o‘ziga xos jihatlarga ega bo‘lib, u mahalliy sharoitlar, madaniyat va iqtisodiy omillarga moslashtiriladi, bu esa uning samaradorligini oshiradi [1]. Olimlarning fikricha, ijtimoiy profilaktikaning asosiy o‘ziga xos jihati jamoaning o‘ziga o‘zi ko‘maklashish mexanizmini yaratishdir, bu orqali hududiy darajada jinoyatchilik darajasini kamaytirish mumkin [2]. Professor Andromachi Tseloni (Nottingham Trent University) o‘z tadqiqotlarida ijtimoiy profilaktikaning hududlardagi o‘ziga xos jihatini imkoniyatlar nazariyasi bilan bog‘lab, jinoyatchilikning pasayishini sharhlagan, bu Google Scholar dagi maqolalarida tasdiqlangan [3].
