Ushbu tezisda maktabgacha yoshdagi bolalarda nutqiy disfunksiyalarning markaziy va periferik mexanizmlarini aniqlashda elektroensefalografik ko‘rsatkichlarning diagnostik ahamiyati yoritilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari nutq buzilishlari mavjud bolalarda bosh miya po‘stlog‘ining nutq bilan bog‘liq sohalarida alfa- va beta-ritmlar amplitudasining pasayishi, teta-faollikning ortishi hamda alfa/teta nisbatining kamayishi bilan tavsiflanadigan neyrofiziologik nomutanosiblik mavjudligini ko‘rsatdi. Mazkur o‘zgarishlar nutq markazlarining funksional yetilmaganligi, sensor-motor integratsiyaning sustligi va nutq-motor dasturlash jarayonlarining buzilishi bilan bog‘liq bo‘lishi mumkin.
