Abstract

In the evolution of the development of the technical and technological foundations of the transformation of information culture in the daily life of humanity, the scientific and theoretical teachings of Central Asian scholars, practical technical creativity, were of great importance. As the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev noted: "The Central Asian region has become famous throughout the world as one of the major centers of the Eastern Renaissance. In today's turbulent and dangerous times, the role and importance of the invaluable heritage left by our great ancestors, which is the spiritual wealth of all humanity, in ensuring development and social stability are invaluable."
