Аннотация
Ingliz tili darslarida badiiy matnlar o‘quvchilarning til ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirishda muhim vosita hisoblanadi (Harmer, 2007). Hikoya, she’r va drama orqali o‘quvchilar nafaqat yangi so‘z va iboralarni o‘rganadi, balki tafakkurini kengaytiradi va ijodiy fikrlashni rivojlantiradi (Brown, 2001). Bundan tashqari, badiiy matnlar o‘quvchilarning ingliz tilining madaniy konteksti va qadriyatlarini o‘rganishida ham muhim rol o‘ynaydi (Scrivener, 2010). Shu maqolada ingliz adabiyoti darslarida badiiy matnlarning pedagogik ahamiyati va o‘quvchilarning rivojlanishidagi roli tahlil qilinadi.
