ARBORAL METAPHORIZATION IN ENGLISH AND UZBEK LITERATURE: A COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS AND NATIONAL CHARACTERISTICS
Аннотация
The metaphorical transformation of the tree image in literature is not only a complex form of artistic expression but also a reflection of cultural-cognitive processes. This thesis focuses on a comparative analysis of the metaphorical interpretations of trees in English and Uzbek literary traditions, revealing the role of artistic imagery in expressing national worldviews. The research employs methods of comparative literature, cognitive poetics, and cultural semiotics.
