Abstract

The purpose of the following thesis is to research on customers’ loyalty on products and it effectiveness for the retailers. It illustrates several factors of being loyal by customers as well as strategic implementations of the loyalty. Moreover, thesis gives main methods to grab the loyalty characteristics.
