Abstract

Kuyish jarohatlari zamonaviy tibbiyotda keng uchraydigan va uzoq muddatli davolanishni talab qiladigan patologik holatlardan biri hisoblanadi. Jarohatlarning tez va samarali bitishi uchun nam muhitni saqlovchi davolash usullaridan foydalanish muhim ahamiyatga ega. Ushbu tadqiqotda kuyish jarohatlarida 6-aminopurin saqlovchi gidrogel preparatining terapevtik samaradorligi o‘rganildi. Gidrogel tizimi jarohat yuzasida nam muhit hosil qilib, biologik faol moddaning asta-sekin ajralishini ta’minlaydi. Tadqiqot natijalari 6-aminopurinli gidrogel qo‘llanilgan holatlarda jarohatlarning tezroq bitishi, yallig‘lanish jarayonining kamayishi hamda epitelizatsiya jarayonining tezlashishini ko‘rsatdi. Olingan natijalar gidrogel asosidagi biologik faol preparatlar kuyish jarohatlarini davolashda samarali vosita bo‘lishi mumkinligini ko‘rsatadi.
