FLUORID PROFILAKTIKASINING YOSHLAR ORASIDA KARIYES RIVOJLANISHIGA TA'SIRI

Maqolada 7-18 yoshli bolalar va o'smirlar orasida fluorid profilaktikasi qo'llash orqali kariyes rivojlanishining oldini olish samaradorligi o'rganilgan. Tadqiqot prospektiv kuzatuv asosida 420 nafar ishtirokchi bilan amalga oshirildi. Tekshiriluvchilar ikki guruhga bo'linib, tajriba guruhida fluoridli tish pastasi va yiliga ikki marta professional fluoridlash amalga oshirilgan, nazorat guruhida esa standart gigiyena choralari qo'llanilgan. DMF indeksi (kariesli, olib tashlangan va plombirlangan tishlar) orqali kariyes darajasi baholandi. Ikki yillik kuzatuv davomida fluorid profilaktikasi qo'llangan guruhda kariyes intensivligi 54,3% ga kamaydi, nazorat guruhida esa ko'rsatkich 12,8% ga oshdi. Olingan natijalar fluorid birikmalarining tish emali demineralizatsiyasini sekinlashtirish va remineralizatsiya jarayonlarini faollashtirish xususiyatlarini tasdiqladi. Tadqiqot fluorid profilaktikasini bolalar stomatologiyasida sistemali ravishda joriy etish zarurligini ko'rsatdi.
