ASSESSMENT METHODS IN THE MODERN EDUCATIONAL PROCESS
Abstract
Assessment practices in education have undergone significant transformations in recent years, driven by technological advancements and evolving pedagogical approaches. This paper explores the diverse range of assessment methods employed in modern education, including traditional, performance-based, authentic, and technology-enhanced assessments. The benefits and challenges of each method are examined, with a particular focus on their impact on student learning and engagement. By providing a comprehensive overview of assessment methods, this paper aims to highlight the importance of using a variety of approaches to accurately measure student achievement, provide meaningful feedback, and inform instructional decisions.
