Abstract

This article analyzes world-renowned strategies that are effective in time perception and management. The content of such techniques as Pomodoro, Kanban, Eisenhower matrix, "Eating a Frog," Bullet Journal is revealed, their psychological foundations and practical significance are highlighted. The role of these strategies in effective time planning, reducing delays, and increasing the effectiveness of educational activities is analyzed. The research results show that there is no single universal model of time management, but the most effective approach is the combination of several methods, taking into account the individual psychological characteristics of the individual.
