The rapid digital transformation of education systems has increased the demand for effective management evaluation tools. Traditional assessment methods often lack objectivity, scalability, and predictive capacity. This study explores the application of artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms in evaluating managerial effectiveness within educational organizations. The paper proposes a model integrating machine learning techniques for performance analysis, decision-making support, and predictive evaluation. The results demonstrate that AI-based approaches significantly enhance the accuracy and transparency of management assessment.
