Abstract

Ushbu maqolada tuxumdon kistalarini jarrohlik yo‘li bilan olib tashlash amaliyoti davomida va undan keyingi davrda energiya almashinuvi fermentlari faolligining o‘zgarishi hamda ularning klinik ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotning asosiy e’tibori laktatdegidrogenaza (LDG), malatdegidrogenaza (MDG) va kreatinfosfokinaza (KFK) kabi asosiy metabolik fermentlarning qon zardobidagi va to‘qima darajasidagi dinamikasiga qaratilgan. Jarrohlik stressi natijasida yuzaga keladigan gipoksiya va to‘qimalarning tiklanish jarayonlarida ushbu fermentlarning diagnostik va prognostik roli o‘rganilgan. Olingan natijalar operatsiyadan keyingi asoratlarni barvaqt aniqlash va bemorlarni reabilitatsiya qilish strategiyasini optimallashtirish uchun biokimyoviy mezon bo‘lib xizmat qiladi.
