Abstract

Nerv hujayralarida apoptoz, nekroz va autofagiya hujayra hayotiy faoliyatining asosiy shakllari bo‘lib, ularning molekulyar va sitologik mexanizmlari nevrodegenerativ kasalliklarning rivojlanishida muhim ahamiyatga ega. Apoptoz tartibli va dasturlangan hujayra o‘limi sifatida neyronlarning fiziologik va patofiziologik holatlarda yo‘qolishiga olib keladi, nekroz esa stress va shikastlanish natijasida hujayralarning bexosdan o‘lish jarayonini ifodalaydi. Autofagiya esa hujayra ichki komponentlarini qayta ishlash va energetik barqarorlikni saqlash orqali neyronlarning omon qolish mexanizmlarini qo‘llab-quvvatlaydi. Ushbu maqolada apoptoz, nekroz va autofagiyaning molekulyar mexanizmlari, ularning sitologik xususiyatlari, shuningdek Alzheimer, Parkinson va Huntington kasalliklaridagi roli tahlil qilinadi. Epidemiologik va statistik ma’lumotlar asosida, hujayra o‘lim mexanizmlarining nevrodegeneratsiya jarayonlaridagi o‘rni va kasalliklarning klinik namoyon bo‘lishi bilan bog‘liqligi ko‘rsatib berilgan. Maqola nevrologiya, sitologiya va molekulyar biologiya sohalarida nevrodegenerativ kasalliklarni aniqlash va davolash strategiyalarini rivojlantirish uchun ilmiy asos yaratadi.
