Copper(II) mixed-ligand complexes containing bipyridine and hydroxybenzoate ligands have attracted attention due to their structural diversity and coordination flexibility. In this study, a triaqua copper(II) complex involving 2,2′-bipyridine, sulfate, and 3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid was synthesized and characterized. The crystal structure and coordination environment were determined to understand its molecular architecture.
