The article focuses on the psychological aspects of the manifestation of ethnocultural characteristics in management activities. In turn, the psychological regularities and mechanisms of managerial activity and their content are revealed. In particular, an analysis of the views of representatives of different nationalities and ethnic groups on management activities is presented.
