Abstract

This article provides an in-depth analysis of the theoretical foundations of differential psychology, its main research directions, and methodological approaches. Modern concepts of studying individual differences, including biological and social determinants, are explored. The significance of differential psychology in education, career guidance, and psychological diagnostics is substantiated.
